Stretch Marks

Believe it or not, all moms-to-be suffer through the horrors of having stretch marks - those ugly marks that stay with you way after you have given birth.  The best way to tackle them is to prevent them. Stay super hydrated during your pregnancy, take your multivitamins and massage. We cannot stress enough on massage when it comes to stretch mark prevention. Coconut oil, sesame oil and castor oil can be great at aiding stretch mark prevention. Another great idea is to keep a good stretch mark ointment on hands. As soon as stretch marks and scars appear, massage the ointment on the marks and wait for them to disappear. So before you start scratching your head and getting horrified, order one off here and drive those fears away.
